We are an Ann Arbor-based consulting firm with two portfolios of work: organizational advancement and social innovation. The advancement practice focuses on strategy, organizational culture and design, and leadership development, primarily in the form of executive coaching. The social innovation work concentrates on the creative interstitial space between for-profit and nonprofit initiatives, including community-based entrepreneurship, financial equity creation for low-income people, and authentic youth-adult partnerships.
